With regard to the latter, we hold seminars and practicums on etiquette and body language peculiar to various countries.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">These teaching activities are based on our research which is currently focused on the following phenomena: national and other collective identities in international relations; diplomatic, cultural and social history; history of ideas; collective identities in international affairs; ethnic conflicts and the conflicts of civilizations; foreign policies and ideologies; theories and practices of diplomacy.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-1033 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/diplomatic-arts.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/\u0421\u0438\u043c\u0432\u0456\u0430\u0440-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"57\" height=\"78\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Oksana Zabuzova,<\/h3>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Executive Director<\/h4>\r\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">of the Kyiv School of Diplomatic Arts<\/h6>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-1076 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/diplomatic-arts.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/\u0420\u043e\u0437\u0434\u0456\u043b\u044e\u0432\u0430\u0447-7-\u0431.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"171\" height=\"74\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Oksana Zabuzova is an expert in the domain of higher education and its social impact.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Between 1998 and 2017, she served as the head academic counsellor of the Kyiv-Mohyla Doctoral School.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2017, Ms. Zabuzova joined the International Relations team of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy as its adviser and coordinator.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In the capacity of the Executive Director of the Kyiv School of Diplomatic Arts, she leads the School&#8217;s tailor-made courses in etiquette, protocol, body language, and cultural aspects of social communication.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ms. Zabuzova\u2019s scholarly interests encompass the matters pertaining to pedagogics and psychology, as well to the functioning of educational systems.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The areas of her expertise include: the evolution of education and its connection to national\/international security;
